1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, and accessories received with the product.
- We do not accept returns for items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear, swimwear, and any personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
1.3 How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@elitecouturemiami.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
1.4 Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will offer you a refund or store credit instead.
2.2 How to Initiate an Exchange:
- To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at support@elitecouturemiami.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- You will receive instructions on how to return your original item and details about the exchange process.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item, but we will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
- We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@elitecouturemiami.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide details and photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number.
3.2 Resolution:
- We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund for any damaged or defective items, as appropriate.
- In the case of a return or exchange due to a defective or incorrect item, Elite Couture Miami will cover the return shipping costs.
4. International Returns
4.1 International Return Policy:
- International customers are eligible for returns within 21 days of the delivery date.
- The customer is responsible for international return shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes.
4.2 Customs and Duties:
- Please mark the parcel as "Returned Goods" to avoid any customs charges. Elite Couture Miami is not responsible for any customs charges incurred on returned items.
5. Store Credit
5.1 Issuance of Store Credit:
- If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, it will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
- Store credit can be used on any future purchases on our website and has no expiration date.
